Simply tell us the following:

• If you'd like the three (18"x36" canvas), four (18"x46" canvas) or five (18"x56" canvas) date size.
• The font you'd like us to use for your sign.  For the three date example we used Engravers, for the four date example we used Times New Roman and for the five date example we used Arial.
• If you'd like the word proportions squared off like in the four date example or varied like in the three and five date examples.
• Exactly how you'd like each date to read in the desired order:
• Days like FIFTH, 5 or 5th
• Months like NOVEMBER, NOV, ELEVEN or 11
  
• Years like 1996, 96 or NINETY-SIX
